VIRGINIA CHEESE BALL 
2 oz. softened cream cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. nuts

Blend cream cheese, onion, celery and pineapple and 1 cup nuts. If consistency is too soft, place in freezer 1/2 hour then roll in other cup of nuts. Serve with crackers.
