CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings, tips removed
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. catsup
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. ground ginger

Halve chicken wings. Place in a 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oil. Combine remaining ingredients in a 2 cup measure, blending well. Pour over chicken wings, coating evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
