CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, mashed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Halve chicken wings. Place in 9x12 inch shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and vegetable oil. Combine rest of ingredients in a 2-cup measure, blending well, pour over chicken, coating evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until bubbly.
