ZEKE'S CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. finely chopped celery
2 (15 oz.) cans Mexican style beans
2 (11 1/2 oz.) cans tomato juice
2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup, diluted
1/2 c. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine beef, onion, green pepper and celery in a large kettle. Over medium heat cook until beef is brown. Add beans, tomato juice, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, chili powder, cumin and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add salt and pepper.
