CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, finely chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans Mexican Style beans
2 (11 1/2 oz.) cans tomato juice
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, diced
2 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup, diluted as directed
Chili powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine beef, onion, green pepper and celery in large skillet. Cook until beef is brown. Add beans, tomato juice, diced tomato, tomato soup, chili powder and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add salt and pepper.
