1 box Twinkies
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 med. size container Cool Whip
3-4 Heath bars

Using 9 Twinkies, cut each in half and lay in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, cream side up. Follow directions to make pudding and pour over Twinkies. Let pudding set (in refrigerator). Spread Cool Whip over top of pudding. Crush Heath bars and sprinkle over top of torte.
