Seasoning salt

All seasoning is to your own taste.

Cook beans. When 1/4 cooked, add all ingredients to taste except meat. Cook meat, drain off excess fat. Add to chili when beans are half cooked. Add water as necessary, don't let it get too thin. Mashed cooked beans (a few) will help thicken or corn flour. Stir to avoid sticking. A large pot takes an average of 6 hours to cook. Better when it sets overnight.
