9 single soda crackers
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 vanilla extract
1/4 almond extract
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Blend all ingredients but egg whites. Gently fold in egg whites last. Place mixture in 8 inch greased pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (It is normal for pie to rise and then fall.) Top with freshly whipped cream and serve.
