OVEN CRUSTY FISH 
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine egg, water, Tabasco and salt. Beat until blended. Dip fish in egg mixture. Coat with corn flake crumbs. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
