RASPBERRY DESSERTS | |
1 pkg. frozen raspberries 1 c. Bisquick mix 2 tbsp. shortening 2 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. boiling water Place frozen raspberries in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cut shortening and 2 tablespoons sugar in Bisquick mix. Add milk. Stir until just mixed. Drop on top of raspberries. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Sprinkle on top of biscuit dough. Pour boiling water over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
