RIGATONI 
1 jar Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
1 onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. provolone cheese
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
16 oz. box of rigatoni noodles, cooked and drained

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Add Prego and simmer 30 minutes. Put half of noodles in bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Top with provolone and sour cream. Cover with 1/2 of sauce mixture. Put rest of noodles, mozzarella, and rest of sauce mixture in the pan. Top with parmesan.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
