BROCCOLI - RIGATONI SUPREME 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
4 to 5 lg. cloves garlic
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1 pt. half & half
1 lb. rigatoni
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Boil water for rigatoni. Peel and cut broccoli and cook or steam until crisply done. Peel and slice garlic cloves and cook in combined oil and butter mixture until lightly brown. Cook rigatoni al dente and drain. Place rigatoni back in pot, add broccoli, sauteed garlic mixture, Parmesan cheese and half and half. Warm if necessary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
