1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Remove 4 tablespoons liquid from oranges. Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding mix, dry
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix pudding and pineapple together. Stir and let stand 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake.
