1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained

FROSTING:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix together ingredients for cake as directed on box. Bake according to directions on box in three 9 inch layer pans.

FOR FROSTING: Mix together all ingredients, folding in Cool Whip last. Frost completely cooled cake.
