1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix slow until blended. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Bake on 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

FROSTING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix and frost completely cooled cake.
