1 pkg. butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 c. orange sections
1/2 c. juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix well and bake in two layers about 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool completely.

FILLING FOR TOP, SIDES & BETWEEN LAYERS:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix well.
