PEA PICKERS CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines) 1 sm. can mandarin oranges, undrained 4 eggs 1/2 c. Crisco oil Mix the above with a beater. Pour into 3 (8 inch) pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. May also use an oblong pan. Allow for longer baking time. FROSTING: 1 lg. can pineapple crushed in syrup 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding Mix together and spread on cool cake. The cake is better if you make it the day before so the flavors can blend together. Must be stored in refrigerator. |
