1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix cake mix, oil and eggs. Add oranges with juice. Can be baked in three layers or as a sheet cake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

ICING:

Drain a 17 oz. can of crushed pineapple and mix with a package of instant vanilla pudding and a 7 oz. container of Cool Whip.
