1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (juice & all)
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs

Mix together and bake in 3 layers for 15 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

ICING:

1 can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix together and ice each layer and stack one on top of the other. Refrigerate until ready to use.
