COLD AND CRUNCHY DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 can flake coconut (1 c.)
1 c. broken pecans
1 stick of butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 gallon vanilla ice cream

Mix the first 4 ingredients in long shallow baking dish. Toast in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes, then stir in brown sugar until blended. In 9 x 13 inch pan, spread half of the ice cream on bottom. Then put half of the mix on top of the ice cream and press firmly. Repeat with ice cream and then the mix. Refreeze.
