HOT OR COLD CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken
1/2 c. butter, melted
2-3 c. crushed Rice Crispies
Seasoning to taste
Cooking oil

Melt oil in electric fry pan, about 250 degrees. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then roll in Rice Crispy and seasoning mixture to coat. Place in fry pan and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
