DORIS' CREAMY CHICKEN OVER RICE 
2 chicken breasts
2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 cup of Italian bread crumbs
2 cups cooked white rice
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Season both sides of both chicken breasts with 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper.

Bake chicken for approximately 25 minutes until chicken is baked through, but still juicy. Cut into cubes.

In a medium saucepan, add 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, and 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs. Stir ingredients over medium heat until mixed well. Add cooked cubed chicken.

Cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Serve over cooked white rice.
