OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. chicken, cut up and skinned if desired
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow bowl. Combine dry ingredients in food storage bag. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture. Shake in bag of bread crumb mixture. Place in buttered baking dish. Drizzle with butter; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender.
