NEW YORK ROAST BEEF 
1 eye of round roast
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground oregano

Rub oil over entire surface of meat. Combine remaining ingredients; rub over roast. Place meat in shallow baking dish with fat side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. The result will be a brown outer surface with an even rareness in the middle. If you want it more well done, add an additional 10 minutes to cooking time.
