BACON AND CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp. imitation bacon pieces
About 40 crackers

Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, and onion in large bowl. Beat well until smooth and blended. Stir in baking powder and bacon pieces and blend well. Mixture may be covered and stored in refrigerator until ready to use. Mound about 1 tablespoon of mixture evenly on each cracker. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake about 9 minutes or until cheese is puffed and lightly browned on top. Serve hot.
