CHEESE PUFF APPETIZERS 
1 loaf unsliced bread
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Trim crusts from bread and cut into 1 inch cubes. Melt cheeses and butter until thick. Remove from heat and fold in beaten egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture until well coated. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Store in plastic bag. When ready to serve, bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until fluffy and golden brown. Serve warm.
