4 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. grated sharp cheese

Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan in oven. Remove pan from oven.

In large bowl beat eggs, flour, milk, pepper and baking powder; mix well. Add cheese and spinach. (Spinach has been drained well, before mixing with other ingredients.) Pour all ingredients into baking pan. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Cut into small squares. Can be frozen, then heated.
