IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Makes it's own crust. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown or when knife inserted comes out clean. About 50 to 55 minutes.
