IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. Half and Half (or 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk) 2 eggs 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-10 inch pie pan. Combine all ingredients in blender container; whir on High 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake 50-55 minutes, or until golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 8 servings. |
