IMPOSSIBLE "PUMPKIN" PIE | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. Bisquick 16 oz. can pumpkin 13 oz. Milnot 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. soft butter 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 1-2 minutes on high speed. Pour into a large pie plate. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. This makes its own crust. |
