3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. butter
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. allspice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, one minute in a blender on high or 2-3 minutes in bowl with beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes.
