APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites

Beat first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mix. Bake in greased tube pan at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

ICING:

2 c. confectioners sugar
2 lemons, juiced

Dribble icing over cake while cake is still hot in pan. Turn onto plate.
