APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |
1 box pound cake mix 1 sm. box lemon Jello 4 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. apricot nectar juice 1/2 c. oil 1 tbsp. butter extract Combine. Pour into angel cake pan. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees. After you remove from pan, while cake is still warm, pour glaze over cake. GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. apricot nectar juice |
