1 - 2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes
oil for deep frying

Chill sweet potatoes. Combine dry ingredients, add potatoes and eggs. For small balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
