SWEET POTATO PUFF 
1 lg. can yams (sweet potatoes)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice or milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 oz. marshmallow fluff cream

Drain and mash yams. Add butter, brown sugar, juice or milk, nutmeg and marshmallow fluff cream. Combine and put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

This is great at Christmas time.
