SMOKED BEEF BRISKET 
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle Heinz 57 steak sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
5 briskets
1/4 c. brown sugar
Garlic salt

Wash out bottles with water; add enough to have 2 cups. Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt. Marinate raw meat overnight in all ingredients except brown sugar. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Uncover, take out and slice thinly. Add brown sugar and salt to liquid.
