BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices cubed bread
1 lb. pork sausage

Cook sausage and drain. Layer sausage, bread and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread, meat and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Put bread crumbs on bottom, then sausage and cheese.)
