BREAD STUFFING 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. butter
8 c. dry bread cubes (about 14 slices, cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 c. water or broth

Cook onion and celery in butter. Combine with bread and seasoning. Toss with enough liquid to moisten. Makes 6 cups or enough for 10 pound turkey.
