PINEAPPLE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
8 oz. undrained crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter

Cook sugar, milk and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and butter. Set pan in cold water, beating until thick. Pour into lightly buttered pan.
