LAYERED DELIGHT | |
1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 8 oz. bowl Cool Whip 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding mix 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding mix 3 c. milk CRUST: Mix together first 3 ingredients. Spread into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and half of the Cool Whip until creamy. Pour over crust. Mix together chocolate pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups milk, blend for 3 minutes. Set aside to thicken. Mix vanilla pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups milk. Blend for 3 minutes. Set aside to thicken. Spread chocolate pudding over cream cheese mixture. Spread vanilla pudding over chocolate pudding. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy! |
