JOYCE'S PECAN RICE 
1/3 c. butter
2 2/3 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped onions
12-16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped celery leaves
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry marjoram
1/4 tsp. dry sage
1/4 tsp. dry thyme
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add rest of ingredients, except water and nuts. Saute until onions are light brown - stirring constantly. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer 2 minutes - fluffing rice and mixing ingredients several times. Add pecans before stuffing turkey or chicken - or before serving as side dish (add raisins if desired).
