MOCK PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. Rice Krispies

Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, dark corn syrup, vanilla and butter. Fold in Rice Krispies. Place in unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

May substitute pecans for Rice Krispies to make a "Real" pecan pie.
