RHINE CANDER PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. water
1 env. Lipton beef flavor mushroom mix

Brown pork chops. Remove from pan. Fry onions, peppers and celery in drippings; stir in soup mix. Add pork chops and cook on low heat or in oven for 45 minutes until pork chops are tender.
