LIME BAVARIAN CREAM | |
1 pkg. lime Jello 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. HOT water 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. crushed pineapple (drain and save juice) 3 tbsp. sugar Dissolve 1 package lime Jello and 1/8 teaspoon salt in 1 cup HOT water. Add 1 cup pineapple juice and water combined. (This is the juice from the drained pineapple.) Chill until slightly thickened. Whip 1 cup cream. Fold in Jello. Add 3 tablespoons sugar to 1 cup drained canned pineapple (crushed). Fold into Jello. Chill. Makes 8 servings. |
