8 oz. Land-O-Lakes light sour cream
2 tbsp.s sugar
2 tsp. grated lime peel
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

In small bowl stir together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: 1 cup.
