GINGER CREAM DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
4 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Chill a few hours. Will stay up to a week in the refrigerator.
