1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. dried beef
1 sm. green pepper (chopped)
1 sm. onion (chopped)

Saute onion, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Place in microwave just until warm. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
