LIME CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Drain 1/2 cup juice from crushed pineapple. Add 1 cup boiling water to Jello. Add the pineapple juice and dissolve. Chill for one hour until slightly set. Fold in whipped cream, cottage cheese, and pineapple. Let set for 3 to 4 hours.
