FRUITED CREAM CHEESE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese (do NOT use Soft Whip)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 baked (deep shell) pie crust
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat cheese and sugar until smooth. Thoroughly fold in whipped cream and turn into pie shell. Chill 2 hours. Arrange fruit in rings. Outer ring is mandarin oranges, then cherries and pineapple in the center.
