1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Old English Process Cheese, grated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika

Beat cheeses, lemon juice, and pecans together until well mixed. Roll into a log or ball. Mix together chili powder and paprika. Roll log in this mixture to coat. Serve at room temperature.

VARIATIONS: Roll log in pecans, chopped fine or roll in parsley, chopped fine.
